Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fair-price.ai ("Service", "we", "us"), an AI API proxy service operated from Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. Users located in countries subject to comprehensive sanctions (including but not limited to Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria) are prohibited from using the Service.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Service Description

Fair-price.ai provides access to large language models via an OpenAI-compatible API. You purchase token credits in advance; credits are deducted as you make API requests. Token credits have no expiry date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights;
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, billing, or security measures;
  • Resell or sublicense API access without prior written consent;
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

6. Payments

All purchases are in US Dollars (USD). Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by CoinPayments, Inc. By completing a purchase you agree to the respective processor's terms of service. All sales are final — see our Refund Policy for details.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, API errors, or unavailability of underlying model providers.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and outputs you receive. We do not claim any rights over your content. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fair-price.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Unused token credits are non-refundable upon voluntary account closure.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland, United Kingdom.
