Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods — No Refunds
Token credits sold on Fair-price.ai are digital goods that are consumed as you use the API. All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that you waive any right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply under consumer protection laws.
2. Unauthorised Transactions
If you believe a charge was made without your authorisation, contact us within 24 hours at contact@fair-price.ai with your account email and transaction details. We will investigate promptly. If fraud is confirmed, we will issue a full refund and secure your account.
3. Duplicate Charges
If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us at contact@fair-price.ai. Confirmed duplicate charges will be refunded in full within 5 business days.
4. Service Outage Credit
If the Service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to issues on our side, affected users may request a credit for tokens they were unable to use during the outage. Credits are issued at our discretion and do not constitute a cash refund.
5. Cryptocurrency Payments
Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by nature. We are unable to reverse or refund cryptocurrency transactions once confirmed on the blockchain. In cases where a credit is due under sections 3 or 4, we will credit your Fair-price.ai token balance rather than initiating a blockchain refund.
6. Account Closure
Unused token credits are forfeited upon voluntary account deletion and are not eligible for refund. If your account is suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service, unused credits are non-refundable.
